Doctoral Program in Clinical Psychology
The Doctoral Program in Clinical Psychology aims to train experts capable of deeply analyzing psychological disorders, conducting advanced psychotherapy practices, and contributing academically to the field. The program reinforces knowledge gained at the undergraduate and master’s levels through advanced research and clinical applications.
Within the program, students focus on therapy techniques such as psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, Gestalt, and existential approaches. Psychometric testing, case supervisions, ethical principles, and the process of producing scientific publications are integral parts of the program.
Alongside their thesis work, students engage in field practice and work directly with clients. Graduates of the program may serve as academics, researchers, or lecturers at universities; work as clinical psychologists in private psychological counseling centers; or open their own practices as independent professionals.
