Bachelor’s Degree Program in Political Science
The Bachelor’s Degree Program in Political Science aims to provide students with in-depth knowledge of political systems, state structures, political theories, and international relations. The program focuses on topics such as modern political theories, constitutional law, public administration, political history, and comparative politics. Students are equipped with both theoretical and practical knowledge to analyze contemporary political developments with competence.
Throughout the program, students develop critical thinking, analytical, and interpretive skills while gaining the ability to conduct research on political institutions, electoral systems, political parties, and public policies. Seminar and project work included in the curriculum help enhance students’ academic writing and oral communication skills.
Graduates of the Political Science program can pursue careers in public institutions as specialists or administrators, in local governments, media, and non-governmental organizations, and in foreign relations or analytical departments. They also have the opportunity to work in international organizations or continue their academic careers.
